Delivery terms:       EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, CIP, CPT (INCOTERMS 2010).
Payment terms:    - Advance payment at 10-30% with payment of the balance within three (3) banking
                                  days against shipment documents; 
                                - Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit, payable 100% within three (3) banking
                                  days against shipment documents;                      
                                - Standby Letter of Credit or Bank Guarantee for period of 13 (Thirteen) months
                                  covering the monthly quantity shipment, with payment for each shipment within
                                  three (3) banking days against shipment documents.
